Region

Highlands

Signatory Vintage

Founded

1825 | Perthshire Farmers

Edradour, which means between two rivers, used to be known as Scotland’s smallest distillery. Since then there has been an influx of small craft distilleries so Edradour no longer seen to be Scotland’s little gem. They are known for creating a very oily and waxy spirit that works well in sherry casks as well as wine cask finishes. In addition to the un-peated Edradour style they also produce Ballechin which is their peated single malt.
