Every part of the Benrinnes production process is made to create a more robust, heavy and meaty spirit. The fast distillation doesn’t allow much copper contact, the middle cut is brought down to allow for some of the heavier flavour compounds and finally, worm tub condensers are used which creates a more robust whisky.
